因为ruby​​racer-0.12.1 依赖于libv8-3.16.14.7，所以你先安装的是 libv8-3.16.14.3而不是libv8-3.16.14.7，所以会产生冲突。

$ gem uninstall libv8 
$ gem install therubyracer -v '0.12.1'
$ gem install libv8 -v '3.16.14.3' -- --with-system-v8
