我找到了解决我的问题的方法。我将 decoupled_endpoint 设置为相对 URL（不以 http://... 开头），因此 CXF 决定使用 ServletDestinationFactory 而不是 JettyDestinationFactory （查看 org.apache.cxf.transport.http.HTTPTransportFactory.getDestination(EndpointInfo) ）。然后我设置了一个构造绝对 URL 的 CXF 拦截器，因此 SOAP 标头中的 replyTo 地址包含一个有效且可调用的 HTTP 地址。
