问题是pyral 的 restapi的 addAttachment 方法将 ref 设置为 Attachment 对象的“Artifact”属性，如下所示（restapi的第 1241 到 1251 行）：

Rally APIaddAttachment中的函数已更新以支持测试用例结果：
