StackPanel topSP = null;

然后你有

StackPanel topSP = new StackPanel { Width = 400, Height = 50 };

这是在您的本地范围内，但在您退出函数时将被销毁

最后你有

topSP.Children.Add(myWrapPanel);

这仍将设置为 null 这就是您发生错误的原因。基本上，您正在创建同一变量的本地版本。

为了解决，只需将第二个定义更改为：

topSP = new StackPanel { Width = 400, Height = 50 };
