请验证 Jenkins master 有权访问 ssh 代理（它具有 SSH_AUTH_SOCK 环境变量）。

您可以在“环境变量”部分下的 $JENKINS_URL/systemInfo 页面中看到这一点

如果 master 没有看到 ssh 代理套接字，它就不能使用它。我怀疑主人没有它，但原因取决于你如何安装和运行 Jenkins 以及在什么平台上。如果您需要更多帮助，请提供有关您的设置的更多信息。

SSH_AUTH_SOCK保存用于与当前用户的 SSH 代理通信的套接字名称。它不应该在不同系统上或同一系统上的不同用户之间相同。但是，如果SSH_AUTH_SOCK未设置，则意味着ssh将无法与代理通话。

通常 Jenkins 以用户身份运行，jenkins并且毫无疑问无权访问其他用户的密钥。试试SSH 代理插件，看看它是否适合你。
