我遇到了与 OP 完全相同的问题。更新命令行工具并重新启动终端后，我按照 Bjinse 的评论通过复制文件并运行来安装 mac 端口

$rvm 要求
（不确定是否需要复制文件）

然后

$rvm 安装 1.9.3

终于奏效了。在下安装了红宝石

$rvm 列表

那时我可以

$rvm 升级 1.9.3p545 红宝石 2.1.1

基于编译器不起作用的事实，我检查了 /usr/bin/llvm-gcc-4.2 是否存在。它没有，但有一个别名 /usr/bin/llvm-gcc。所以我将别名 /usr/bin/llvm-gcc 复制到：/usr/bin/llvm-gcc-4.2（这个别名指向：/usr/bin/clang）

之后，运行 rvm 要求设法安装 MacPorts。
