您的守护进程不会创建 pidfile start-stop-daemon,. 我猜第一行

start-stop-daemon --stop --quiet --retry=TERM/30/KILL/5 --pidfile $PIDFILE --name $NAME

什么都不做,因为--pidfile永远不会满足流程选择标准,但是第二行

start-stop-daemon --stop --quiet --oknodo --retry=0/30/KILL/5 --exec $DAEMON

用 杀死守护进程SIGKILL,因为这里--pidfile不包括该选项。

你应该修复你的守护进程来创建一个 pidfile。
