我在更新或删除记录后尝试刷新我的 ListView。我目前正在使用 notifyDataSetChanged() 但是它在删除时不会刷新。我可以删除，然后如果我返回并重新加载我的history.java，它将显示更新，因为我正在重新加载所有数据。

我想你需要一个新的光标。

试试移动这个

cursor = db.getAllLogs();

进入适配器并在调用之前再次调用它notifyDataSetChanged()。

您正在删除该行，但从未更新或获取新游标，该游标具有适配器用于布局列表的结果集。删除行后需要给适配器一个新的游标，然后调用 notifyDatasetChanged()。如果使用SimpleCursorAdapter 而不是 BaseAdapter，则可以使用其swapCursor()方法来设置新光标。
