 After checking for the above issues, try the following:
  -Check the Event Viewer for events related to authentication.
  -Change the authentication method; add the destination computer to the WinRM TrustedHosts configuration setting or
use HTTPS transport.
 Note that computers in the TrustedHosts list might not be authenticated.
   -For more information about WinRM configuration, run the following command: winrm help config. For more
information, see the about_Remote_Troubleshooting Help topic.

事实证明，目标计算机最近已重建，并且它有一个临时计算机名称。计算机仍然有旧的 DNS 条目，因此使用旧名称连接到计算机导致错误“目标帐户名称不正确。 ”

重命名计算机并使用正确名称引用计算机后，问题消失了。或者，使用其 IP 地址连接到计算机是成功的。
