您不想使用 LD_LIBRARY_PATH 的原因是它改变了动态库加载器搜索路径的顺序。由于 Anaconda 测试了所有库,因此它们可以在所有系统上协同工作,因此它打包了许多比系统版本更旧的库。您拥有的 emacs 使用的是导致崩溃的旧系统库。

现在 mkvirtualenv 失败的原因是与 Anaconda 链接的 python 和其他库没有被正确复制,并且动态库中的链接指针已损坏。

首选的解决方案是使用 conda 工具来创建环境。例如:
