我有三个问题：1）初始 PATH 是从哪里拉出来的？2）从哪里echo $PATH拉？3 为什么它们不一样？

.bashrc您提到的、.bash_profile和.profile文件在哪里？

检查~/.bashrc或.bash_profile将赋值PATH=...作为参数传递给cd.
