在 Capistrano 3 中，您使用repo_url而不是repository

所以在你的deploy.rb，尝试更换

set :repository, "git@github.com:username/appname.git"  # Your clone URL

和

set :repo_url, "https://github.com/username/appname.git"  # Your clone URL

希望这会有所帮助。

更新：ssh URL 需要一个密钥；https URL 没有。它对我有用。
