如果$_ENV为空，您应该查看您的variables_orderini 设置并确保该值包含E

但是，您可以$_SERVER改用：

fwrite($pipes[0], '<?php print_r($_SERVER); ?>');

它也将包含环境变量，应该在99.999%服务器上启用（我猜）
