This is a case of bad defaults. Use npm config the reset the registry URL:

npm config set registry https://npm.fury.io/

TL;DR
runnpm c delete registry
如果您不确定是否要运行上述命令，请运行npm c get registry以查看为registry设置的值。它会打印出 key 的值，registry然后你可以决定是否要删除它。

说明：
我有同样的问题，我将我的默认 npm 注册表指向我公司的注册表。我通过使用上述删除命令删除我的 npm 默认注册表键值解决了这个问题。

注意： c innpm c get registry是config
