尝试在您的代码中进行主要的两个更改：

替换代码 if(isset($_FILES['file']['tmp_name'])){ 用 if($_FILES['file']['tmp_name']!=""){
从默认图像中删除路径：$uploadFilename = 'def_img.jpg';
