问题是模型在操作方法中始终为空，因此部分抛出 NullReference 异常试图访问模型属性。

您传入ExchangeBrowseViewModel您的Pagination操作并将其绑定到控制器方法中的错误类型。

您将整个IEnumerable<Models.ExchangeBrowseViewModel>模型从父视图传递到操作并想要获取ExchangeBrowseViewModel. 但是模型绑定器找不到合适的数据，这就是它为空的原因。
