I have used this following code to display it in a formatted manner
Spanned htmlSpan = Html.fromHtml(msgInfo.getmMsgText());
mTxtView.setText(htmlSpan);][2]
但它无法识别标签，因此不会在新行中显示各个行。（请参阅屏幕截图）
