尝试运行 rake db:setup。您还需要在 database.yml 文件中包含 Postgres 登录信息。

undefined method `has_attached_file' for User(Table doesn't exist):Class

has_attached_file 是回形针方法，我在您的 Gemfile 中看不到回形针宝石。
