事实证明，我遗漏了一些 JSF 依赖项：jsf-api.jar和jsf-impl.jar. 随后，它采用了我的容器（WebSphere）提供的那些版本错误，因此它无法正常工作。一旦应用了这些依赖 JAR 和正确的版本，一切都很好！

seam.properties如果在您的应用程序src/conf目录中找不到 JBoss，它也可能会抛出此错误。该文件可能是空的，但它需要存在才能使范围处于活动状态。
