unix - Xemacs 无标签的开放式矩形

Question

我想使用命令 open-rectangle (Cx ro) 只添加空格。

似乎一旦我在行首超过一定数量的空格，它就会生成一个制表符。

例如：

**With 2 spaces highlighted it moves 2 spaces right (for a total of 4)
  foocode
    foocode

****With 4 spaces highlighted it moves 4 spaces right, but becomes a single TAB
    foocode
        foocode
