我看到 findbugs在执行开始时在maven-site-plugin. 我看到 Findbugs 在maven-compiler-plugin运行后执行（两次！）。（我可能会将目标更改为process-classes以防止这种双重执行。我看到 8 个错误，但我们并没有真正使用这些类。（我需要弄清楚如何跳过这些类）。

在构建接近尾声时，我看到正在生成 PMD 和 CPD 报告 ( Generating "CPD Report" report)，但不是 Findbugs。

当我查看构建结果时，我看到target/findbugs.xmland target/findbugsXML.xml，但在target/site.

向您展示我对 Maven 的了解。我发现了两件事：

  • 运行site不会执行package（尽管compile确实会运行——可能是因为某些报告需要它）。
  • Findbugs 无法生成站点报告，除非先完成打包。

我将 findbugs 插件移到了package阶段运行，所以它不会运行两次，现在一切都很好。

我认为它类似于surefire 报告问题，因此请尝试将站点插件添加到该<pluginManagement>部分：
