我感觉这个概念模型不正确，因为Employee表Customer只包含主键。

同样 ( $this->User->Employee->save($this->request->data) 返回false。是否存在 CakePHP 无法保存空模型的问题？

或者您有更好的想法如何为这些表建模？

如果您打算拥有特定于员工类型用户和客户类型用户的信息，那么您的方向很好，您可以将这些未来字段添加到客户和员工表中。如果您只需要区分员工类型用户和客户类型用户，那么您只需要用户表中的一个字段来区分类型，例如

is_employee tinyint(1) default 0,
