请参阅WeakReference的文档。
不能保证WeakReferenceget() 方法总是返回ImageView。当系统调用垃圾收集器时,可以清除 WeakReference 中的 ImageView,因为 ImageView 有 WeakReference。当 ImageView 有垃圾收集时, get() 方法简单地返回null
所以做空检查

     ImageView imageView = btnPlay.get();
     if(imageView != bull) {
        imageView.setImageResource(R.drawable.ic_media_pause);
