在开发机器上测试该站点时，使用 Visual Studio 2013 Express Web，它可以完美运行。JQuery/Javascript 的东西很好用，ASP 控件（所有图表。2 个饼图和一个条形图，包含一个更新面板）都显示得很好：它是一个网站天堂。但是一旦我使用 IIS 7 将它部署到 Web 服务器上，ASP 控件就会消失。Javascript/JQuery 都运行得很好，但是 ASP 图表却无处可寻。

在网络服务器上：

* Installed IIS with ALL addons available 
* Installed .NET 4.0 and made sure the application pool was set to .NET v4.0.
* Navigated to the .NET 4.0 folder and ran "aspnet_regiis -i"
* The site was deployed via Publish -> Deployment Package in Visual Studio. It was 
  set up using "Import Application" on the server. No special options were selected: 
  only default options were used across the board.
* Restarted the whole machine

在网站本身：

* Made sure EVERY asp control had <runat="server"> on it. Every...single...one
* Made sure that System.Web.DataVisualization, in references, was set to 
  Local Copy: True.
