退出 Windows,重新登录,然后从 中删除以下任何文件(如果存在)C:\Users\Dipto\Appdata\Roaming\Enthought\Canopy\

proc_manager.lock
process.lck
running_procs.pkl

然后重新启动 Canopy。

然后我建议你更新到 1.1.1,它通常会自动处理这个问题(尽管有时在 Windows 本身释放锁定的文件之前可能仍然需要注销/登录。)
