return在和 变量名之间添加一个空格phonetype：

return phonetype;

PS。您的代码中存在不止一个此问题

代码中有很多问题：

缺少空格：

return phonetype;

缺少成员变量：

private int balance;

   public int getBalance()
   {
return balance;
    }

也看看像这样的行：

public void setchargeUp(int chargeUp)   
{ 
chargeUp = chargeUp;    
}

没有错误，但是方法没用，因为你只是改变了一个局部变量，你应该使用this.chargeUp成员值。
