有时会抛出错误，有时不会，有时甚至是由状态机 gem 中的某个文件引起的。line_item_decorator.rb:7那里只有一个数据库查询，没什么特别的。
我在 Mac OS X 10.8.5 上，但错误也发生在 Ubuntu 13 上。
