从错误来看，您似乎没有设置 OCI_INCLUDE_DIR/OCI_LIB_DIR 环境变量

export OCI_HOME=<directory of Oracle instant client>
export OCI_LIB_DIR=$OCI_HOME
export OCI_INCLUDE_DIR=$OCI_HOME/sdk/include
export OCI_VERSION=<the instant client major version number> # Optional. Default is 11.

我遇到了同样的问题，除了我使用的是 ubuntu 10.04 并且我的安装程序错过了 lnnz11 而不是 locci。我设置了环境变量，pre_install_check.sh 回复我说“一切看起来都很花哨”，但它不起作用。

之后我下载了 Instantclient 版本 11 而不是 12，并重新定义了环境变量，它现在可以工作了。
