我的方法有问题吗？我只是想建立一组页面，以便我可以查询数据。最初，我打算为我想要创建的每个函数创建一个 GenericHander.asxh，但我认为这空间太大。我知道这样的事情是一种选择，但似乎它不起作用。

你可能装饰了错误的界面ITestService。而是检查IWebCalls.

编辑：嗯..我看到你更新的问题......

我认为您的服务名称可能应该是name="MyProj.webservices.WebCalls"- 但假设这也是一个错字，我看到的唯一问题是mex端点不应该在那里。mex端点不适用于基于 REST 的服务。
