我使用 javascript 在客户端上缓存了图像，并且每 300 毫秒加载一次图像。在 Chrome 上没有问题。在 IE9+10 上我得到一个闪烁。我想如果第一次缓存图像我会避免闪烁？

我也尝试过使用 2 个 div。1 被隐藏并加载下一帧和第二个 div 以显示来自第一个 div 的背景图像（一旦加载），但我仍然会闪烁。

我添加了一个隐藏的 img 控件。我将图像加载到该图像，并在 onload 事件中调用了一个函数以将 img.src 加载到 div 背景中。到目前为止，这似乎有效。
