您可以使用通用换行支持打开文件，而不是使用以下'rU'模式：

data = open("banklist.csv", "rU").readlines()[1:]

跳过第一行的更聪明的方法是将文件用作迭代器；直接循环它。该next()方法允许您一次抓取一行，为您提供跳过第一行的方法：

    next(infile, None)  # skip the first line
    for line in infile:

但是，如果这是 CSV 文件，请使用csv模块读取数据：
