只是为了解决这个问题,我现在让它工作。我删除了所有少于 20TRUE的列(请记住,这是几乎 200k 的观察结果),因为没有足够的信息可以贡献。这最终占了他们的一半左右。

在我前进的过程中,我必须小心这些稀疏的列不会造成太大的偏差等,但我希望通过使用一种进行变量选择的方法(套索、RF 等)会减少的一个问题。
