这是因为来自 git repo 的构建正在开发中，并且可能存在错误。我曾经像这样从稳定版本（在 pypi 上）pip安装：pbr

sudo easy_install pip # if you don't already have pip
pip install pbr

如果您有easy_install，请pip按照本教程进行操作。

如果您不想使用包管理器，例如easy_installor pip。然后您可以前往该PyPI页面，并下载 tarball。只需提取 tarball 并python setup.py在包中运行pbr。但是安装pip以后会省去很多麻烦。
