我可以通过删除从 /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneOS.platform/ 到 /Users/xxx/Library/Developer/Xcode/iOS DeviceSupport的符号链接来解决这个问题。我希望这将有所帮助。

我刚遇到这个问题，删除所有文件所有者的 插座和引用插座就可以了。

注意：首先，由于 Xcode 仅通过尝试查看 .xib 就崩溃了，我无法以图形方式关闭autoLayout，因此我设法按照AbuYusuph 的建议进行了操作。
