只是一种预感，但我怀疑没有任何东西在听，因为即使托管您的服务的应用程序可能仍在运行，但服务主机却没有。在您的构造函数中：

public MainForm()
{
    InitializeComponent();

    using (var host = new ServiceHost(typeof(ControlChannel)))
    {
        host.Open();
    }
}

你ServiceHost在一个using块中 - 一旦 using 块退出（就在构造函数完成之前），ServiceHost将被关闭并处置。

将您的代码更改为：

public MainForm()
{
    InitializeComponent();

    var host = new ServiceHost(typeof(ControlChannel))
    host.Open();
}

您可以挂钩到应用程序关闭事件以ServiceHost在程序运行结束时关闭。

我还建议将它包装host.Open()在一个 try-catch 块中，以防在尝试打开它时出现问题。
