I'm about to switch my application from paid to free (with in-app purchases). Many of the basic features previously part the paid version are now accessible through our store. I managed to unlock theses features to all customers that bought the app before the free release. It works quite well but, and that's my question mark, the features are not really registered in their itune account; so they won't have access to any restore them (restore purchase) if they re-install the application from scratch. Does anybody already pass through this problematic or have any clues if there's a better way than my approach? It would be so easy it I could release an intermediate version (paid) and give all the features free to the customer's account.
