构造函数不使用void关键字。这仅适用于方法。还将构造函数名称与声明的类型匹配

public RpsNuke() {
    super("Rock, Paper, Scissors, Nuke");
    ...
}

您看到变量错误的原因msg是它们在所有if语句块的范围内都不可见。要解决这个问题,您需要创建一个,String而不是在构建一个零碎时通过附加到它。也不要TimeUnit.SECONDS.sleep在 Swing 中使用,这只会阻止EDT更新应用程序。改用摆动计时器

删除关键字void,因为这意味着您正在调用与您的类同名的方法。相反,您正在调用构造函数;不是方法。
