自己解决了。尽管问题很愚蠢，但答案更愚蠢。

我认为该文件将在 /tmp 下存在足够长的时间让我目睹它被创建，这首先是愚蠢的。

但是尝试将其移入时尝试使用move_uploaded_file返回 原因是该文件夹的权限错误。false./

move_uploaded_file($src, '/srv/http' + $src);只需将其移动到另一个临时位置即可（在修复写入权限后/srv/http/tmp）
