I don't see any rules targeting those selectors. Add this to your CSS:

time.entry-date 
{
    font-size: 10pt;
    color: #222;
    font-family: sans-serif;
}

.entry-meta a 
{
    text-decoration: none;
}

The first bit will target any <time> tags of class entry-date, while the second targets any <a> tags in a parent of class entry-meta
