我建议做的第一件事是检查 python 代码是否在外部工作。

这也应该让您了解程序的输入应该是什么。如果你迷路了，Python 源代码也应该很容易理解。

如果它使用正确的参数从命令行运行，那么您就知道 python 程序不是问题所在。这应该可以让你专注于你的问题实际上来自哪里。
