理想情况下，您应该使用 PHPMailer 或类似工具，以便通过具有身份验证的 SMTP 服务器正确发送电子邮件，但添加这些标头应该会有所帮助。

话虽如此，Gmail 的 SMTP 服务器肯定需要身份验证，因此尽管您进行了 XAMPP 配置，但邮件可能无法通过。
