从 xcode7.2 升级到 7.3 时我遇到了同样的问题。除了冲突的PLUGIN之外，一切都很好。

尝试删除您可能已在 xcode 中安装的插件，它会起作用。就我而言，Alcatraz 插件是罪魁祸首。刚刚将它从路径/Library/Application Support/Developer/Shared/Xcode中删除，一切顺利。
