Eclipse 不会卸载插件（只是对您隐藏它），如果其他插件依赖于您要卸载的插件。例如，如果您安装了带有所有插件的 ADT，则 Android Native Development Toolkit 依赖于 CDT，因此将禁止卸载。

如果没有其他方法，您可能需要尝试全新安装。这很容易（至少从 3.7 开始）：从您当前的安装中，运行 File -> Export -> Installation -> To file。这将创建已安装功能的“收据”。然后，您可以使用相同的菜单（在 Import 下）将它们安装到一个干净的 Eclipse 包中，然后将 CDT 放在一边。
