@param必须匹配记录的方法的参数，例如：

/**
 * A method that adds x and y.
 * @param x The first operand
 * @param y The second operand
 */
public int add(int x, int y) {
    return x+y;
}

在您的情况下，您想要记录程序命令行参数。使用普通的 javadocs 来做到这一点。
