PATH在运行之前从你的 git 路径中获取cmake。

在我对 SO 的一些回答中，我已经描述了。CMake 不喜欢 sh.exe。

sh.exe was found in your PATH, here:

  C:/Program Files (x86)/Git/bin/sh.exe

解决方案：尽快重命名C:/Program Files (x86)/Git/bin/sh.exe 。

例如：

C:/Program Files (x86)/Git/bin/shxx.exe

但不要忘记一切都建成的时候。再次正确重命名。
