您可以使用CountDownTimer

new CountDownTimer(30000, 1000) {

     public void onTick(long millisUntilFinished) {
         mTextField.setText("seconds remaining: " + millisUntilFinished / 1000);
     }

     public void onFinish() {
         mTextField.setText("done!");
     }
  }.start();

对于计时器,有一个 Timer 类,我用它每 300 毫秒从我的手机发送一次数据。但是你需要一个计数器而不是一个计时器,因为你使用一个线程处理程序和一个从 counter=30 开始的整数,在处理程序中你将它减少一个计数器 - 并且处理程序是 postat 1sec(1000ms)
