我通过从http://postgres-app.s3.amazonaws.com/PostgresApp-9-2-2-0.zip安装 Postgres.app v9.2.2 来解决这个问题

PostgresApp 9.2.4.3 中有一个错误导致 Lion 崩溃。您可以在 github 上找到以前的版本：https ://github.com/PostgresApp/PostgresApp/releases
