我不知道您使用的是嵌入式还是外部 maven 安装（Window-> Preferences -> Maven -> Installations）。

settings.xml如果它是外部的，则必须在（在外部安装的 conf 文件夹或本地存储库中）中声明您的公司代理。

如果您使用嵌入式 maven，也可能是这种情况。然后您必须在“嵌入式​​安装的全局设置”中提供一个设置文件。

如果您使用的是外部 maven 安装，您也可以尝试 eclipse 之外的命令行。

mvn -U ...

您可以强制 maven 查找最新的插件版本。
