我有同样的问题。唯一对我有用的是（自动）重建我的整个环境。您可以在 AWS 控制台中执行此操作。转到您的环境并单击操作 > 重建环境。这将需要一些时间，之后它将自动重新启动您的应用程序而不会出现此错误。

更新：

问题时不时地再次出现。我发现 pip 编译时出了点问题psycopg，这是 postgreSQL 支持所必需的。还没有找到真正的解决方案。

你确定mysql-devel安装包了吗？它似乎没有包含在 yum您的配置文件的部分中。

ERROR Your requirements.txt is invalid. Snapshot your logs for details.在尝试将最小测试应用程序部署到t1.microElastic Beanstalk 上新创建的实例时，我们收到了相同的消息。

测试应用程序包含基本的 AWS Python 示例应用程序（来自此处），我们在其中添加了.ebextensions/software.config和requirements.txt来自生产环境的应用程序。唯一的目的是在部署中测试这两个文件。

仔细检查日志发现了一个MemoryError过程pip install。升级到t2.small实例后，部署成功，没有问题。

无论出于何种原因，AWS 都不会按照 yolk 的建议安装postgresql-devel我的数据包。.extensions/01_packets.config所以我不得不添加
