在尝试处理文件夹和项目时，我有时会收到 MAPI_E_EXTENDED_ERROR。

Error: Outlook is synchronizing local changes made to items in this folder. 
You cannot   remove this folder until the synchronization is complete.

有没有办法可以检查 Outlook 是否正在同步更改或防止这种情况发生？
